On Sunday 16th March I joined 1,250 runners in Victoria Park and ran 5k to raise money for National Literacy Trust. This year I did it without stopping and in record time. 

I signed up on the day so didn't have time to ask you for sponsorship in advance .. so would love you to sponsor me now. 

ps. National Literacy Trust gets people into reading and writing, and they use Premier League footballers to do that.
