This will be my first run of anything more than 5km. I work for Redwings and have done for many years now. I've seen first hand the work we do in my role as a vet nurse and know it is so much more than just keeping horses and ponies happy. The charity works very hard to educate and lead in the equine welfare field with links to many other charities and bigger organisations such as the equine welfare council, and the British equine veterinary assisiation amoungst others. 

I am proud to work for one of the leading equine charities of the U.K. And I look forward to trying to raise them some extra funds, and getting fit is a bonus!
