Hi I'm Aaron Roberts, Head of Bereavement, Listening and Talking therapies at Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care. I will be supporting my team and the whole organisation by running in the 2024 London Marathon. At Rennie Grove we provide nursing, psychological and practical support to adults and children with a life-limiting illness in Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire through our Hospice at Home service, available day and night, and our living well and Supportive Care services. Our patients can choose to be cared for at home, making every moment matter.
