Story
Hello everyone!
At the end of August I am cycling from John O'Groats to Lands End and wanted to take the opportunity to raise money for a local charity. My journey will take 10 days and I will cycle approximately 100 miles a day.
Homelessness is a huge problem across the UK and, for a number of reasons, has only been getting worse. It is particularly evident in Manchester where 1 in 154 people are homeless and is where more homeless people died than in any other UK local authority in 2017.
I would be really grateful for any donations to this Manchester-based charity which aims to provide emergency accomodation, food and access to primary care and safe needle exchange.
Please take a look at their website to find out more at https://www.lifeshare.org.uk/.
Not only will all of your donations be going towards a great cause, but it will also help me ride through the extreme saddle sore I will inevitably be experiencing in a few weeks time.
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
