In September 2018 we are going to do a tandem skydive for the CDDFT chemo appeal to raise money for a new chemotherapy suite at University Hospital North Durham. Both of us, like many others, have had close ones who have been touched by the cruel disease Cancer and would like to raise money for such a worthwhile cause.  Having a positive patient experience makes a world of difference,  at what can be a very vulnerable time.

We have talked for many years of doing a tandem skydive and now it’s time to do it instead of just talking!

It will be a big challenge, given we both don’t even like a basic rollercoaster! As scary as it seems, and it will be 😳 we know It will be worth it in the end. Any donations for this appeal will be greatly appreciated and will ultimately help to make patients feel more comfortable while receiving their treatment
