This is my beautiful Grandmother, Aurelia Rees. Over the past 10 years I have watched her live with Alzheimer's. As her health and emotional wellbeing deteriorates the feeling of helplessness is sometimes unbearable, so this is my way of helping. I will be running the Llanelli Half Marathon on the 6th of March in her name. Any amount donated will be greatly appreciated and will go towards the research and the care needed for people with Alzheimer's.
