We pioneer life-saving cancer research to help us beat cancer

Story

On Sunday 10th November I will be running the Athens Classic Marathon. This will be my first Marathon and as you can imagine I'm super excited!

The idea came to mind this summer and since then I have been training and I can only hope that my efforts will see me through to the end. This event provides me with the perfect opportunity to not only challenge myself physically, but to also raise money for a very worthy cause - cancer research.

As most of you know, I lost someone very close to my heart from this disease and I would, together with your support, like to contribute to Cancer Research UK. They are the world's leading charity dedicated to beating cancer through research. They are fighting cancer on all fronts, finding new ways to prevent, diagnose and treat it to save more lives. They are entirely funded by the public. With your help, we can ensure more people beat cancer.

Many thanks for visiting my page, your support & donations!
