ICARE was set up over 30 years ago to provide assistance and support to those who suffer a stroke, a debillating condition where there is often only a long term recovery process. 

As you know I like a drink  or two - so going dry for the final month of the tax year is a real challenge and one which I will wholeheartedly embrace if you buy me a virtual round with the funds going to ICARE. Don't forget to tick the gift aid box as tax is added to your donation and you can recover any higher ratectax as well!

Each week between now and the end of the tax year I plan to buy my own "virtual round" with the monies going to ICARE
