Surprised by the fact I made it round Wetherby 10km with no training and in the late 20s life trend that is entering a running event... I have entered London Landmarks half marathon and chosen to do so to support Beyond, the same charity I climbed Kilimanjaro for back in January 2023. 

Beyond are an amazing charity with a specific focus on improving the mental health of young people in the UK to tackle the shocking statistic that at present, suicide is the biggest killer of Under 35s (i.e. 4 a day). Beyond was founded by Jonny Benjamin MBE, who at the age of 20 was stopped by a stranger from ending his own life. A few years later, Jonny launched a social media campaign and located the man who saved his life. James has willingly volunteered to run with me, despite constantly commenting that my definition of running is more like a jog!!
