We support disadvantaged 11-30 year olds to get their lives on track.

Story

Avon Business Club is an independent business networking group that meets fortnightly.  We are proud to be supporting The Prince's Trust and are taking on the Three Peaks Challenge to raise money for this worthy cause.  The challenge on 22 and 23 May is to climb the three highest peaks in England, Scotland and Wales within 24 hours!

All money donated will go directly to The Prince's Trust.  So please dig deep and donate now as every pound raised makes a difference to a young person's life and will spur us on when the going gets tough out on the hills!

Youth charity The Prince's Trust helps change young lives. It gives practical and financial support, developing key workplace skills such as confidence and motivation. It works with 14- to 30-year-olds who have struggled at school, have been in care, are long-term unemployed or have been in trouble with the law.  The charity has helped more than 600,000 young people since 1976 and supports over 100 more each working day. More than three in four young people The Trust helped last year moved into work, education or training.  Around one in five young people in the UK are not in work, education or training. Youth unemployment costs the UK economy £10 million a day in lost productivity, while youth crime costs £1 billion every year.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - we raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
