The Aberdeen Hindu Temple is the first of its kind in the North East of Scotland and is the only place of worship for the Hindu community in the region. Since the purchase of a property for the temple, religious and pastoral services are being provided to the community in the form of daily prayers, special poojas, festive occasion poojas, meditation services, DoE Duke of Edinburgh volunteering services for the youth (to name a few) by the Aberdeen Hindu Temple. The Aberdeen Hindu Temple Trust is solely and completely responsible for the entire running and upkeep of the temple and the services it provides to the community.
