In December 2015 Tasha lost her battle to a brain tumour. She first received the diagnosis when she was just 16 years old and died  weeks before her 25th birthday. Tasha was such an inspirational person, she was funny, determined and campaigned hard to get better funding for research into brain tumours so other people would not have to endure what her and her family did.
