For those folks that know me personally you will be aware that I suffer with severe Osteoarthritis in my hips, forearms, spine, shoulders, wrist and ankles. So it is a huge personal challenge to take on this 1k swim at Morden Pool on Thursday 3rd March 2016 at 9.00am.

For the 11th year the Merton and Morden Guild in partnership with the Attic Theatre will host their "It's the Ritz" show at the Charles Cryer Theatre, Carshalton, Surrey.

Over 100 older members and younger people in the community work all year round on rehearsals for the Dance and Music extravaganza and building the stage, props and costumes for the show.
