Having been a Welfare Officer and Caseworker for RAFA for some years, I have witnessed how vital the support is for the RAF community. 

If one of our members  need financial assistance, care for their wellbeing or someone to talk to; RAFA is on hand to help. 

This help is not possible without the kind donations received from events held around the globe. 

The London Marathon has been on my 'to do' list for some time, and  my voluntary role has given me the opportunity to run behalf of this excellent cause. 

I have never ran a marathon, so why not start with greatest of all marathons!
