Story
This year would have been our much loved dad’s 80th birthday and we wanted to do something to celebrate the fantastic man that he was. Dad was an avid cyclist himself so completing the Cycle4Sepsis21 challenge will be a great way of remembering our dad, Cliff.
Our dad unfortunately caught sepsis whilst fighting myeloma and died as result 9 years ago.Cycle4Sepsis is back for its 8th year and we are supporting them in their mission to raise awareness about sepsis across the country.
We are both planning to cycle 603 miles which is the equivalent ( as the crow flys ) of Lands End to John O Groats!!!
We will be cycling between the 1st July & the 30th September in celebration of World Sepsis Day on the 13th of September.
We are looking for some special, kind people to sponsor us. So if you could, it would be great if you'd donate to our page. Every year in the UK, sepsis kills at least 48,000 people with better awareness thousands of these lives could be saved.
Thank you for your help! Your support and donations will make the difference!
