LAYLA's 600 MILE CHALLENGE 2018

MY SQUADRON:

No 600 (City of London) Squadron of the Royal Air Force Reserves (600SQN) is the oldest RAF Reserve Squadron in the UK. It was formed in 1925 and has a rich prestigious past with many battle honours which include the Battle of Britain in 1940. 

2018 is the 100th anniversary of the Royal Air Force (RAF), known as RAF100, and during this special anniversary year 600SQN will continue to make history by raising money for good causes. The total amount raised from 2011 to present day can be found using the hyperlink below:

For my 600 Mile Challenge I have chosen to raise money for the Royal Air Forces Association (RAFA). You can learn more about RAFA by using the hyperlink below:

MY CHALLENGE:

I have now completed my SIX Hundred Miles in SIX Months (April, May, June, July, August and September 2018) running challenge and I hope to also raise SIX Hundred Pounds for SIX Hundred Squadron's RAFA fundraising during RAF100.
