For 2021 I wanted to do something to improve my health and to raise money for a good cause at the same time.

I will be doing 5K a day EVERYDAY whether that be running, rowing, walking or biking. 

Anyone that knows me will know that doing cardio and being healthy are not something that comes naturally to me.
