My good friend Dan and the genius behind 50p Movie Club podcast (of which I was a co host,) passed away in June. Dan's charity of choice was CALM so I wanted to do something to honour his memory and extremely generous nature. So, the podcast was called 50p Movie Club and it's only fitting that I match the pennies with kilometres and do 50k Movie Club in it's stead. My journey will take me from my home town to Dan's and back. This was the journey I would do to sit and watch some of the worst and greatest bad movies ever made and have the most amazing time talking about them. The plan is to do the walk all in one day on the 9th of October.

In the episodes we would score the movies we watched out of ten on the bad movie scale. With that in mind I'm hoping I can raise £10 per Km and we can all wonder together where this sits on the "Bad Idea Scale." Thank you for reading so far and please donate if you can and/or share far and wide.
