In aid of the Irish Cancer Society and Castleblayney Cancer Society, Gearóid Coyle, Ryan McMahon and Jason Monaghan will be running the 4x4x48 challenge, in which they will be running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours, starting at 8pm on Friday 1st July and running till July 3rd. In total this amounts to 48 miles or 77.2km across the 48 hours.

Anyone who wishes to join them for a run throughout the two days is more than welcome ! 🏃🏻‍♂️Feel free to get in contact with either of them if you are up for it 💪
