My Father, 'Edward Joseph Carson' passed last August. The truth is I had lost my Father much earlier due to Dementia. My Father is my hero and taught me nothing matters more than family and health. 

As a result, I have decided to run the Jurassic Coast Challenge 2022  - (100km over two days) with some very good friends -(Leee Jeffries, Dave Brett & Jim Moyle) who decided to join me on my crusade and help raise money for Alzheimer's Research UK.
