We are Tim, Paul and Dave and together we are 45 Degrees West and  we're going on (another!) long and crazy adventure.

We're walking to raise money and to show our appreciation for The Stroke Ward in Burton Hospital, who so tirelessly and lovingly supported Dave's dad in his last days.

On the 21st of April 2019 we begin a seven day whistle stop tour of some of Britain's best loved National Parks, attempting to walk one Long Distance Path each day:

Day One (21/04/19) - Welsh Coastal Path (Bangor to Conwy)

Day Two (22/04/19) Trough of Bowland (Clitheroe to Hornby)

Day Three ( 23/04/19) Yorks Dales/Pennine Way (Malham to Horton)

Day Four (24/04/19) Lake District (Ullswater Loop)

Day Five (25/04/19) Northumberland (Hadrians Wall Path)

Day Six (26/04/19) North York/Cleveland Way (Staithes to Robin H Bay)

Day Seven (27/04/19) Peak District (Limestone Way)

The premise of the 45 Degrees West project is to get people to join us on the walk and, by gaining sponsorship for themselves individually, collectively we raise a lot of money for a good cause, with the added bonus of being active, enjoying some of Britain's greatest scenery and bringing people together in a wholly positive way.
