Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
In 2013 I began writing a blog dedicated to 42 records that were personally significant to me. That writing quickly became as much about my personal struggles with mental health as it did about music.
During that period reading other people's accounts - often through various communication vehicles that the charity Mind operate - of their mental health problems was enormously helpful for me. In sharing our stories we recognise each other and know that we don't suffer alone.
Over the next 12 months I'll be writing 42 fictional short stories at www.42at42.wordpress.com. If you enjoy any of them then please share them and consider donating so that Mind can continue to raise awareness and reduce the stigma attached to mental health illnesses in the UK.
