Forty Hours' Devotion,Quarant'ore, is a traditional Catholic devotion of continuous prayer for forty hours before the Blessed Sacrament in solemn exposition. The seminarians (trainee priests) of Oscott will be praying this devotion from  13th-15th March. If you are local, then check our website and Facebook page for times you can join us in prayer. 

Even if you can't join us in person, if you would like a candle to be burned before the Blessed Sacrament during this time of prayer for your special intention then please make a donation of £5 to Across Charity using this page and leave your prayer intention as a message when you do. Your candle will be burned, your prayer intentions will be prayed for by the seminarians and you will be supporting a fantastic charity who help the sick, disabled and terminally ill to go on pilgrimage to Lourdes. 

If your prayer intention is for the repose of the soul of a deceased loved one, please leave their name followed by RIP as the message.
