On Saturday 5th October 2019, 3PM will be participating in a 5 kilometre mud run that is not designed for the feint-hearted. The run will involve the 3PM team clambering over obstacles, swinging across pools of water, dodging moving targets and most importantly getting covered head to toe in mud! 

We will be raising money for Demelza House in Kent, a wonderful charity that provides specialist care and emotional support for children with terminal conditions. The charity supports babies, children and young people across East Sussex, Kent and South East London and is a cause very close to our hearts. So please enjoy the though of a wet and muddy 3PM team, and help by donating - however large or small - for this wonderful charity.
