I am doing the Torbay and Devon Civic Award through my school (Bovey Tracey Primary School). A Civic Award’s aim is to encourage Citizenship amongst 10 and 11 year olds. 

I have chosen Surfers Against Sewage as the charity I would like to fundraise for as I love the sea and am passionate about looking after our planet. Surfers Against Sewage have been instrumental in helping clean up our seas and are now leading the fight against plastic pollution. 

I am raising money by climbing the ‘Three Peaks’. This challenge involves me (and my family) walking the highest mountains in Wales (Snowdon), Scotland (Ben Nevis) and England (Scafell Pike).
