Firstly, I'm an athlete & world record holder (lifting 1,000,000 kilos in under 24 hours). Secondly, I have cystic fibrosis. My personal challenges are extreme in nature because I feel it's important to show the world what the human body and mind is capable of despite having cystic fibrosis. My mission is to motivate and inspire everyone to be the best they can be. 

On October 7th, 2019 I will embark on an ultra triathlon that's never been done before. 

Swim 21 miles (1,344 lengths)

Cycle 200 miles

Run 160 miles (Over 6 marathons)

I will attempt to swim the width of the English channel (21 miles), I will then cycle a route of 200  miles from Dover to St. James's Palace. When I've completed the cycle, I will then run 160 miles home to Cardiff (Principality Stadium), the equivalent of just over 6 marathons. All of this will be a continuous effort over 5 days.

CF Warriors is a cystic fibrosis charity that helps children get into sport and exercise to increase life expectancy. The charity has created a community where positive stories inspire and motivate children to lead healthier, happier lives. 

Rays Of Sunshine brightens the lives of children living with serious and life limiting illnesses across the UK by granting their wishes and providing ongoing support in hospital and within the community. 7% of the wishes they grant are for children with cystic fibrosis.

Is this challenge humanly possible to complete? Nobody believed the million kilo challenge was, until it was done. Follow the journey and you'll find out on October 11th, 2019 when I aim to reach the Millennium stadium in Cardiff.
