* 3 Day 3K Challenge *

It's all about having a laugh and raising money for the Children's Hospital Charity.

If you've been nominated, you need to do 3k (just under 2 miles) each day on 3 consecutive days - in some sort of fancy dress.  

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
Importantly, on day 1, you need to donate £10 to this amazing charity (via this page).

Then on each of the three days, you need to:
- Get dressed up
- Do a video nominating 3 different friends (and upload it to social media or simply send it to them)
- Do your daily 3k in fancy dress. (You can run it, walk it, skip it, swim it - whatever!)

Don't be put off by the distance - do it at your own pace!  (Walking is fine. Not-taking-part isn't!)
Don't be put off by the fancy dress - do it on your own terms!

Just think - if you and your 9 friends all take part, you'll have raised £100!

About the Children's Hospital Charity:
The Children's Hospital Charity changes children's lives everyday. The money raised supports specialist treatment from head to toe by funding life-saving equipment, new facilities, a comfortable environment and vital research which changes paediatric care for thousands of children from across the world. That's why Penistone Round Table are doing loads of fun and silly fundraising activities.  This is one of them!  All together, we're hoping to raise £5,000 for this amazing children's charity. Anything Else?
If you really want to mix things up, you can:

- record your day 1 video before your 3k, 
- record your day 2 video during your 3k and 
- record your day 3 video after your 3k.
