Bydd Tomos Meehan, Cedri Roberts, Gerwyn Roberts a Gutun Lake yn ceisio her Tri Chopa Cymru, ac yn beicio rhwng y tri copa ar benwythnos 12/03/22.

Cyfanswm dringfa y mynyddoedd fydd 7657 troedfadd dros 17 milltir.
Cyfanswm pellter y seiclo fydd oddeutu 120 millitir, a dringfa o oddeutu 12,300 troedfadd.

Y copaôn bydd Yr Wyddfa, Cadair Idris, a Pen y Fan, a dilyn yn agos i'r A470 ar y ffordd lawr.

Dani'n codi arian i'r Groes Goch, er lles pobl gwlad yr Wcrain.

Tomos Meehan, Cedri Roberts, Gerwyn Roberts and Gutun Lake will be attempting the Welsh 3 peaks challenge and cycling in between on the weekend of the 12/02/22.

The mountains incoperated in the challenge are Snowdon, Cadair Idris and Pen y Fan.
We will be incoperating the A470 and many B roads in getting in between the moutains on our bikes.

The running leg(s) will be a total of 7657 feet over 17 miles.
The cycling legs will about 120 miles, with about 12,300 feet of climbing... Not looking forward to Dylife climbs in Machynlleth.

We are fundraising for the Red Cross, to support the humanitarian struggle in Ukraine.
