A great challenge for me for a great cause - one that has touched our family personally. It is in rememberance of my Gran who suffered with this for over 25 years.  She benefited from ground breaking research techniques researched by the charity, used their personal visitors service and more. So it will be good to give something back.  I am not the world's most sporty and active person so this will be a good challenge!
