Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

(Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails).

On July the 18th 2010 i begin a solo 300 mile trek, by longboard, from the North East of England to the south coast.  That's Hull to Bournemouth car, bike, bus, train and plane free all within 14 days, carrying only the essentials in a  rucksack.

I have decided to raise money for Sustrans.  Sustrans is the UK's leading sustainable transport charity. Their vision is a world in which people choose to travel in ways that benefit their health and the environment.  This seemed very apt for what I am going to do and have decided to stay true to the national cycle network for as much of the journey as possible.

My target is £300 which is a pound for every mile which is not too much to ask. So please, dig about for some loose silver, copper, gold or paper and make all this training seem worthwhile.

So please dig deep and donate now.

Many thanks

sam
