Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

In February this year we sadly lost Peter Talboys to cancer, Pete was a friend and colleague for over 20 years to both myself and Paul and also a friend, colleague and brother-in-law to Darren.

Pete spent his last days at the Prospect hospice where the friendly and professional staff ensured he was looked after, made comfortable and provided with as much ice cream as he could eat. In appreciation for the great work they do we thought we'd try to help raise some much needed cash for them.

So to this end, on October 14th this year, Paul, Darren and myself are running the Swindon half marathon, 13.1 gruelling miles with the added bonus of Wiltshire's finest hills thrown into the mix.
