Story
Hello Everyone,
My name is Abby and I'm 16 from Dorset. I am Trans* and when I questioned my identity I started going to Space Youth Project. Ever since I started going they have helped me with transitioning (both socially and getting into GIDS) and also gaining confidence. The one way to say this is when I started I was a shy mess that hardly spoke and now most people can't get me to shut up and I've become very outgoing. I've always wanted to give back to Space for helping me out so much. Back in 2017 I tried to go from Weymouth to Wick and back by train in 2 days in aid of space. Unfortunately I failed to acomplish that hard task as I needed all my trains to be on-time when I was like down by just one 5 minute delay. I know this challenge will be possible with a lot planning needed and the trains up and back will definitely have me sleeping on them whilst travelling quite light. Please do donate to this cause and lets try and knock out all 270 stations!
