Story

Jack & I are trekking 26 miles in memory of our nana, Polly.

As many of you know our nana passed away in April 2020 just days before her 90th birthday. It was a heartbreaking time for all of our family as we couldn't grieve our beloved Pauline as a family due to covid. Me and Jack want to do this in her honour and to raise as much awareness and money as possible for all victims of Alzheimers.

If you have had a friend or family member who has been diagnosed with this awful disease you will understand the heartbreak watching the person you love dissappear in front of your eyes.

Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever.Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.
