Running has been a very useful tool for me managing my mental health & improving my resilience, I'm pretty sure my Strava stats correlate with how busy / stressed I am at any given time.
I've always felt selfish running for my own benefit when I see so many people completing challenges for charity so I have decided it's the right time to start raising something myself.
I'm going to run 250km (155 miles) throughout June, I'm 100km down currently so have 16 days to complete the remaining 150km. The aim is to complete 10km per day, which only leaves 1 rest day for the mathematically inclined.
I'd be grateful if you could give as much or as little as you can to MIND, I think we're all well aware now of the importance of good mental health and MIND are doing what they can to help people achieve it.
