Story
It goes without saying that the Coronavirus pandemic has heightened the battle with mental health that many people in the U.K. already face.
We (Katie, Yasmin and Kirby) are taking on a 24 hour movement challenge. We aim to raise money for mind, a mental health charity who’s primary vision is to work towards securing support for each and every person experiencing a mental health problem in the U.K.
One thing that has really helped many people keep sane during this pandemic has been exercise. Exercise reduces anxiety, depression and stress, alongside the physical benefits which can help to improve your overall self-esteem.
We will be exercising for a 24 hour period starting at 9am on Sunday 28th February through to 9am on Monday 1st March. During this time we will be taking part in a number of different exercises from walking to dancing (god help us) and yoga to HIIT.
We hope you will all join us in raising money for this amazing charity and supporting the mental health crisis currently happening in the U.K.
