In June our team of 6 will swim a 24 hour relay at Shepperton lake to support Level Water, a charity that uses the power of Swimming to improve the lives of children with disabilities. Each swimmer will have a total of 4 hours to swim, 2 of which will hopefully be nice and sunny, and the other 2 will be at night...

As a group we've all benefitted from the enjoyment of being in the water and the health benefits it can bring. If we can raise the sponsorship for this event, we have the chance to spread that enjoyment to children who will have a life time of its benefits.
