24 Hour (Team) & 100 Mile (Solo) Airdyne Challenge · 9 September 2019

A Child Of Mine provides practical information, guidance and emotional support when a child dies, regardless of the age or circumstance of their death. We also work closely with the UK's leading healthcare professionals to improve the care they give to parents after the death of a child.

Story

September will see us take on our second in-house fundraiser for the year. It’s a chance for us to come together as a Team and raise some more funds for our nominated charity, A Child of Mine.

We've plegeded as a community to clock up a testing 24 hours on the Airdyne (the Teams most favoured piece of kit, honest). The only rule: the Airdyne must remain in motion for the duration of the challenge.

That's not all. We'll be accompanied by a solo rider, Mr Ian Moffett, who has pledged to take the other Airdyne and clock up a solo 100 miles in a bid to double the stakes.

The challenge will commence at 6:00am on Monday 9th September and will finish at 6:00am on Tuesday 10th September; a test of physical and mental endurance beyond that we’ve asked before. Albeit it’s a huge challenge we’re confident for a great turnout, a great atmosphere and some great fun.
