Hi there! I’m Jack Careem. As you may know Children In Need 2018 is just around the corner so the 2018 Gameathon Team are gearing up once again. We are stacking up on the Z’s, dusting the cobwebs off our favorite board games and asking everyone we know to sponsor us! 

During the 24-Hour Gameathon my friends & I (& mascot Buddy the cockapoo), stay awake for 24 hours playing all different types of games. These will include Monopoly, The Game of Life, Guess Who, Pictionary, Trivial Pursuit and loads more. We will also be spending time on electronic games too like our Nintendo DS’s & Switch & not forgetting playing on the Xbox, especially Fortnite Battle Royale & Mario Kart. There will also be a secret 3AM challenge! 

I hosted my first 24hr Gameathon last year after watching a Children In Need programme with my Mum. I really felt I wanted to help in some way. We managed to raise a whopping £867.09p, it was amazing!! Our biggest challenge this year is not just staying awake but SMASHING last years’ total. So our target is to raise £867.10p this year. Please can you help us!
