In 2021 alone, Winston’s Wish gave support to 18,026 children after the death of a parent or sibling. They also provide specialist support to children of military personnel who died on active service or as a result of an accident, illness, suicide or murder whilst home on leave.
We are raising money for this charity to help them continue to bring hope after tragedy.

Winston’s wish support bereaved children and young people up
to the age of 25 who have suffered a bereavement of a parent, sibling or important person around them. They provide emotional and practical bereavement support to children, young people and those that care for them. They have a team of experts that offer one off and ongoing bereavement support whilst also providing online resources, specialist publications and training for professionals. Uniquely they also offer a free helpline for expert advice and guidance on bereavement support. Winston’s wish also provide support and
guidance for schools that a supporting a bereaved child.
