We provide life-enhancing support to the UK's fire & rescue community.

Story

The Fire Fighters Charity provides vital health and wellbeing support for our frontline firefighters, support and control staff. The Charity relies on individual donors to meet the £10m cost of operating it's services, in support of over 55,000 members of the UK’s fire services community. However, the coronavirus pandemic has hit its fundraising hard and, as it is not eligible for government support, it needs your donations now more than ever.

I am an apprentice firefighter with Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service and this summer I had planned to run up and down Snowdon for 24 hours, however, like many events and races, it has been postponed. So, in an attempt to test myself and raise some money for this fantastic charity, on July 16th - 17th I will be attempting a 24 hour row. You can follow me from 3pm on the 16th here or on YouTube at:

and from 6am on Friday at:

know that we are living in difficult times, but the charity relies on fundraising events and donations to fund it’s services. Many of these events have been cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic and therefore its funds are beginning to dry up, please give anything you can, any donations would be gratefully received.

Thank you all in advance!
