Story
Thank you for taking the time to visit my page.
In March 2006 my amazing brother Oliver passed away in his sleep from a heart virus. He was young, healthy and enthusiastic for life and his sudden death was a complete shock. Through very difficult times we were supported by the charity C-R-Y (Cardiac Risk in the Young) who were a huge support to us and actively work to provide support for bereaved families as well as raising awareness of sudden adult death in young people. In October 2011 I was thinking of my 23rd birthday the next year with mixed emotions of turning the same age Oliver had been. I decided to make the birthday a positive one and spend the next 8 months living my life to the full. The list was made of various tasks I have always wanted to do (start a blog, write a book), places I wanted to visit (New York, Paris and Scotland) and facing my fears (holding a tarantula, bungee jump). What started as a light hearted list has now become an inspiration for others and promoting a positive outlook on life. The intention was never to raise hundreds of pounds but if I can change the perspective of some people and help out a fantastic charity then it would be great.
I would appreciate if you have enjoyed any of the tasks I have documented on my blog www.23b423.blogspot.com you could spare a small amount to help save the lives of others.
Thank you very for your time and donations.
All my love, Grace- Oliver's very proud sister xx
