We are supporting St Luke's Hospice as they rely solely on public donations to provide their services.  They are a fantastic Hospice who not only provide end of life care for Hospice and Hospital patients but also provide it in the Community both over the longer term and at the end of life.  Their holistic care covers the patients and their families including bereavement counselling.
