Story
I’m taking part in the Grand Depart Classic, riding the whole 199km of the first road stage of the 2018 Tour de France, this is weeks before the pros. I’ve signed up to this to push my limits, in order to save men’s lives, but I need your help.Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men. Every 45 mins one man dies from prostate cancer – that's more than 14,000 men every year. 1 in 8 men will get prostate cancer in their lifetime. Ignoring prostate cancer won't beat it. Prostate Cancer UK has a simple ambition – to stop men dying from prostate cancer. Through shifting the science over the next 10 years to focus on radical improvements in diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and support, we will stop prostate cancer being a killer.Your donation will make an impact, so please see this as your chance to do something amazing. It could be the best thing you do today. In memory for you Gramps. I know you will be with me all the way, and you may be gone but far from forgotten. Thank you in advance for your generosity.
