On the 27th September 2014 we are taking part in The Belron Triathlon at Dorney Lake in Windsor.  We will complete a section each of an Olympic triathlon consisting of a 1.5km swim (Emma B), 40km bike ride (James)(20k ride for Paul) and 10km run (Emma R). Please can you sponsor us however much you can spare towards our charity  - Afrika Tikkun. Any amount no matter how small or large will be greatly appreciated.
