I am taking on the challenge of riding a motorcycle 1000 miles in 24 hours!!!

I am Vice Chairman of Caliburnus MCC based in the north east of England

We continually Raise money for Useful Vision who are a small independent charity based in Newcastle who help and support families of young people with Visual Impairment

I have seen first hand just what this charity do for the children so raising money for them was a no brainer!

I plan on riding my bike 1000 miles within a 24 hour period, which means limited stops except for fuel and a quick bite to eat!!

This has been a personal goal of mine for a while now, I think the time is right to give it a go!
