Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I ran in memory of my Dad, Alex, who passed away suddenly in June 2017, due to an unexpected Heart Attack at the age of just 54. 

I ran the Great Manchester Half Marathon with my Brother, Aunty and closest family and friends in May 2018, and in doing so collectively we raised over £2,500 for the British Heart Foundation which is more than we could have ever expected. 

The BHF are a fantastic foundation, we have seen first hand how just one life lost has affected us 'Franno's', so if the money we raise goes any way towards helping one person or one family then we have done an amazing job. 

I will be donning my running shoes again in April 2019 - this time over 26.2 miles at either the London or Manchester Marathon, depending if I'm successful in the ballot or not, so keep your eyes peeled for any updates I have!

Dad would never want the spotlight to be on him - but sorry Al, this was for you!
