This year marks the 80th Anniversary of RAF Regiment. Since its formation in 1942, the RAF Regiment has played a vital role in major operations across the world, including WWII, Northern Ireland, the Falkland Islands and Afghanistan.[Tell us about your event here] Working alongside each other, the Centurion Fund support and maintain the history, traditions and ethos of RAF Regiment members, many of which the RAF Benevolent Fund have supported in their hour of need. They could not continue to commemorate the RAF Regiment and support members of the RAF Family like them today, without your support.

RAF Halton RAF Regiment 1942 Challenge

To celebrate the RAF Regiments 80th Anniversary and 100 years of the Armoured car Companies members o f the RAF Regiment based at RAF Halton are raising money for the Benevolent &Caenturion Fund.

The Event

We will be covering 1942 miles using the Life fitness bike the X Trainer and the Treadmill. Running concurrently to this Gunners will be bench pressing the equivalent weight of 80 armoured cars which gives a total weight of 376,000 kgs
