On Monday August 3rd we’re taking on a 150K in a Day Challenge as part of Relay for Life and the Irish Cancer Society.

All three of us have had family members suffer from cancer at some stage in our lives and it’s a charity that’s very close to us all. So we’re taking on 150K in a Day Challenge around Dublin Bay starting in our home town of Clontarf to Howth and back via Poolbeg Lighthouse and back again! We’re planning to run, jog walk or crawl the full 150KM between us over the day!

During lockdown charities have really suffered as funding from events had become a lot harder to come by so please give what you can and help support Ian, Dave and Shane along their way!
