Myself and other members from 13 Air Assault Support Regiment are competing in a Classic Tough Mudder on the 27th of July. 10 miles that will include 25 challenging obstacles, wearing 8-10kg belt kit and a 3Litre camelback. This effort is to provide support and raise awareness towards Help For Heroes.
