Our Braintree NCS group have planned a 12 hour fitness challenge at Tabor gym, Panfield Lane (Braintree Essex) CM7 1FF on Tuesday 11th August. In order to raise money for PARC (Play And Resource Centre for children with additional needs & support for parents and families). We would like to invite you to come and take part in our challenges as well as making a difference and enjoying yourself on a one off event.

Our main challenge is:

- The London to France bike ride - Join our team members in the 442 mile to France on their exercise bikes. Support them by joining in and sponsoring them on the day or online, £1

There will also be a number of other challenges on the day.

And if you get hungry, enjoy our cake sale right in the centre as well as FRUIT and fresh drinks. 

Start at 10am and finishes 9pm! 
WE'LL BE IN THE RECEPTION! 

Save your pennies and bring your gym shoes, we'll see you there!
